The Liverpool group will resume their monthly meetings on Wednesday 29th October, 6-7pm, in the new venue of Saint Philip Neri, Catherine Street (please enter by the side gate on Blackburne Place) (directions here: https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place/Saint+Philip+Nerifirstname.lastname@example.org,-2.968476,16z/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x487b211f97cdea43:0x42230eec264b7ad3?hl=en)
This term we will begin exploring a new resource produced in Scotland called “the God Question” that seems to have garnered broad support across a range of denominations, with participation from a range of perspectives:
The subject matter covered per episode is broadly similar to the “Test of Faith” series (which we have explored in previous years) but there is a wider range of interviewees in this new series. Hopefully it should provide a good platform for discussion. As previously, the meeting itself will only occupy an hour, so anyone with other commitments later on the same evening should be able to get away in good time. However, if anyone wishes to stay on and chat for longer over a hot drink and nibbles, they are welcome to do so until the next group using the chaplaincy arrives (at 8:00 p.m.).
