Professor Sir Colin Humphries
Colin is a current Director of Research at Cambridge University, and Professor of Experimental Physics at the Royal Institution in London.
He was President of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining in 2002 and 2003 and knighted for services to science as researcher and communicator. Colin will be sharing his thoughts on astronomical and geological events described in the Bible, such as the crossing of the Jordan river, the Bethlehem Star and the timing of a possible solar eclipse for the Crucifixion.
