Payment methods

Payment may be made by cheque, credit card, or standing order.  Being a charity, CiS is happy to accept donations by Gift Aid or charity voucher, but these cannot be used for payment of subscriptions. A gift aid declaration form can be downloaded here.

Air mail

Air mail to an address outside Europe costs uk£5.50 extra. (uk£2 for online subscriptions)

Joint membership

Two or more full rate members who share the same address and who are willing to receive a single copy of the journal and other mailings may choose to pay only a single subscription. Each of the applicants for such joint membership should, however, complete an application form so that they can be listed separately in the membership directory.

Donations

The annual subscription covers only the basic running costs. To fund the services provided to students, and to meet the cost of supplying the Journal and other literature to countries where currency difficulties make it very difficult for scientists to pay for imported items, CiS depends on the donations made by a number of the members. Any addition to the subscription will be gratefully received and well used. A gift aid declaration form can be downloaded here.

Renewals

All membership renewals are now in April of each year.
