For me, just knowing that there are Christians of a similar mindset working at the highest levels in science, is an encouragement to my faith.

I really value CiS, especially the generally evangelical Christian ethos, and the generally scholarly approach.

I joined when graduating with my first degree and have benefitted much by publications, occasional conferences, news and many friends.

I'm a Lay Preacher and this organisation is an excellent way to show people that the supposed conflict between science and faith is not what its cracked up to be!
